Services
Each service is one-to-one, in person or by video in Oregon, and your clinician sets the pace.

ERP for adults with OCD
For adults whose obsessions and rituals take hours, or who avoid things to stay safe. We map the cycle, build a ladder of situations and practice facing them without the ritual. Sessions are practice, not talk about why. This is not a diagnosis or a promise of a result, and results vary.
Exposure and response prevention (ERP), a form of CBT
50-minute sessions, in person or by video
Short practice between visits, at your pace

ERP for teens, with parent sessions
For teens with OCD and the parents who live with it. Teen sessions are one to one. I also meet with parents to explain how to support practice without joining the rituals. I explain Oregon's consent and privacy rules for your teen's age on the first call. This is not a school report.
ERP adapted for teens
Parent sessions
Stepping back from rituals at home

CBT for anxiety, panic and phobias
For worry that will not switch off, panic, social anxiety and specific fears. We look at what keeps the anxiety going, then practice facing situations step by step, with plain tools to use in between. I do not prescribe medication.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
Exposure-based practice
Skills for body and breath

ACT skills alongside exposure
When thoughts feel sticky, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) skills can sit beside ERP. We practice noticing a thought without arguing with it, then doing what matters to you. They are used with exposure, never in place of it.
ACT, as an addition to ERP
Values and next steps
Noticing urges as they come and go
Sessions
What a session looks like
Each visit follows the same simple shape, so you always know where we are.
01Check in
We look at your week: what you practiced and what got in the way.
02Choose a step
We pick the next rung on the ladder together, and you can say no.
03Practice
You face the rung with the ritual held off. I coach, and you decide.
04Plan
You leave with a short practice for the week and a time for the next visit.
